Ways to Contribute how you can help
There are three, and two of them can be done from a long way away.
In person
Visit the Taray Preservation Garden in the Sacred Valley and contribute directly to the physical work of conservation: planting, weeding, watering, and caring for the cacti. All are welcome; no prior experience required. We also run ten days in the valley each year, with a planting at the garden in them.

Skills-based
Are you a photographer, writer, designer, researcher, or fundraiser? We are always looking for skilled volunteers to contribute their professional expertise.
Community and events
Help us organize and facilitate community gatherings, educational events, and outreach. Represent the Foundation in your local area.
The Experience what to expect
Days at the garden are spent working alongside the people who built it: opening planting holes on the terraces, setting cuttings, firming the soil, and looking after what is already in the ground.
It is a hillside at altitude and the work is done by hand. Whether you come for a week or a season, you will leave knowing how these cacti are actually grown.
